LEGAL POLICY

This Legal Policy (“Policy”) is between Edgeworks Business Solutions LLP (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the user (“you,” “your,” “student,” “partner,” or “visitor”), and includes all affiliated stakeholders, vendors, and representatives of the Company. By accessing or using our services, website, or content, you agree to this Policy.

1. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All materials—online or offline—including course content, branding, recordings, images, text, and documentation are the intellectual property of SDR Institute. No use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is permitted without written permission.

2. Use of Learner Content and Testimonials
By submitting testimonials, images, or videos, you grant SDR Institute a perpetual, royalty-free, and global license to use such material for educational or promotional purposes.

3. Data Handling and Disclosure
We collect and process personal and educational information for enrollment, support, and placement services. This may include resume details, video profiles, and candidate summaries. Such data may be shared with vetted Partner Companies for interview facilitation, but only after screening and consent procedures.

4. Partner Company Restrictions
Partner Companies must not directly contact or engage candidates without SDR Institute’s prior written consent. Any breach shall incur a hiring fee and may result in legal action.

5. Misrepresentation and Identity Falsification
Users or external entities who falsify identity, impersonate others, or misrepresent intent (e.g., competitors posing as users) may face permanent access denial and legal action under applicable laws.

6. Non-Solicitation Clause
All candidate data shared is confidential. Unauthorized outreach or hiring attempts by Partner Companies without SDR Institute’s facilitation will be penalized as per commercial engagement terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
SDR Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, for affected services.

8. Termination Rights
SDR Institute reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violations, data misuse, or reputational harm.

9. No Guarantee Clause
We do not provide any job guarantee. Placement support is subject to performance and opportunity availability.

10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, seated in Delhi. A sole arbitrator shall be mutually appointed, failing which SDR Institute may nominate one. Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement.
