These Terms govern all users (students, partners, or visitors) who use SDR Institute’s website, programs, or support services.

1. Eligibility and Registration
Users must be 18+ or have valid parental consent if between 13 and 17. Registration details must be accurate and may be verified.

2. License to Use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive license for personal learning. You may not download, replicate, or commercially distribute content unless explicitly authorized.

3. Service Scope
We provide skill development training and optional placement support via Partner Companies. There is no guarantee of job placement.

4. Data Sharing for Placement
Candidate data may be evaluated and selectively shared with Partner Companies. No company is allowed to engage any candidate directly without SDR Institute’s involvement.

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

• Post misleading, harmful, or plagiarized content

• Interfere with platform operations

• Submit false identities or forged documents

6. Payments and Refunds
Training fees are payable in advance. Refunds are subject to course-specific terms, if applicable.

7. Access Restriction
We reserve the right to block users who breach terms, misuse data, or violate platform ethics.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform and course content belongs to SDR Institute. Unauthorized use is prohibited and actionable under law.

9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in English, seated in Delhi. A sole arbitrator shall be mutually appointed, failing which SDR Institute may nominate one. Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement.
